Colour and Rhythm

The highlight of the annual social calendar, Grenada's 'SpiceMas' Carnival fuses the island's traditions from African, French, British and Caribbean heritage in an explosion of colour, music and energy. Costume parades, beauty pageants, music events and much more.

While several Caribbean countries celebrate Carnival, the festival is unique in Grenada, with Dimanche Gras, J'ouvert, Traditional Mas, Fancy Mas (also known as Pretty Mas) Monday Night Mas, Panorama, Soca Monarch, the Carnival Queen Show and more.
